i made the same mod a few months back and had some really great results with both comfort and looks. i really like how the seat now follows the tank-line up, giving it more of that chopper look. i would only do this mod if you want to sit further back and a bit lower. at 6' tall, the stock setup was a bit crowded for me. my only suggestions would be to take your time and do it right the first time. i've redone mine 4 times to get it perfect. also, be sure to have a solid staple gun that can punch through the seat pans without much trouble. any other questions, just email me.
